My Story

 

If there is one lesson for us all to embrace, it is to never let go of your inner child.​

Always open yourself up for play and fantasy, this applies to life and your time in the kitchen.

I started cooking at 9, as i was left alone and learnt how to cook out of necessity. Some of the recipes i have created are recreations of food from my childhood and some of them are those i have learnt and collected along the way. 

All of my cooking and flare in the kitchen has come from almost 40 years of experience around the world.

I have cooked all over the world from my home country of South Africa, where i was considered a Braai Master (BBQ master) to USA, Asia, Europe, Africa and now New Zealand with my family.

My wife Samantha is Vegan and has been a leading force in my life transformation without her support and love i would be dead. Check her out on this link. 

Some of the recipes have a great story to go with them, others may just have comment from a taster, but i can asure you all my meals are as real as the ingredients themselves
