If there is one lesson for us all to embrace, it is to never let go of your inner child.
Always open yourself up for play and fantasy, this applies to life and your time in the kitchen.
I started cooking at 9, as i was left alone and learnt how to cook out of necessity. Some of the recipes i have created are recreations of food from my childhood and some of them are those i have learnt and collected along the way.
All of my cooking and flare in the kitchen has come from almost 40 years of experience around the world.
I have cooked all over the world from my home country of South Africa, where i was considered a Braai Master (BBQ master) to USA, Asia, Europe, Africa and now New Zealand with my family.

Some of the recipes have a great story to go with them, others may just have comment from a taster, but i can asure you all my meals are as real as the ingredients themselves
